Strategy Session
Our strategy session helped us pinpoint Cambrian’s long-term goals, including implementing new digital services and eventually becoming a leader in the digital space of credit unions. Gearing up to digitize their financial services, Cambrian also needed ways to encourage Members to comfortably uptake digital tools without friction.
Wireframes
We intuitively designed our wireframes with straightforward page structures to ensure simple functionality and optimal user flows.
As a pillar for its digital banking service, we optimized Cambrian's site to be accessible from anywhere, on any device. Users can comfortably, confidently, and seamlessly find information, book appointments, and access accounts on mobile or desktop.
Illustrations
To align with our client's values of supporting local communities, we designed an innovative feel with mass appeal by balancing playful visuals with secure functionality. This includes over 30 unique illustrations depicting iconic landmarks, subtle animations, and an overall clean UI.
